They were presented with membership cards and have received their first task - to design sea defences for an area of coast in Norfolk.
Company directors James and Jack recorded their first message to 5/4 and explained that the company doesn't have a lot of money. However the new company employees need to choose some suitable sea defenses and explain why they have chosen them!
In groups, the employees have been frantically designing groynes, sea walls, gabions and revetments in a bid to gain a promotion.
Results of this task with be posted by the company directors shortly...
