Kyle, Coran, Debbie, Eloise, Jacob and Sam survived the sack earlier this week with a result of 17 votes to 16 votes. After finding out they would not be sacked from Super Seashores these employees celebrated with high fives and smiles as they breathed a sigh of relief!
Later, a fax was sent to Roydon from the head office of Super Seashores. It read:

Should they stay, or should they go?
The employees were given another important task this week.
Concerned faces turned to distress as James delivered the news that the rest of the employees would have to make a decision about whether these children would be sacked or not...
In true 'apprentice' style, everyone realised they had a tough, difficult decision to make. Each employee needed to think carefully about reasons WHY they wanted the employees to leave or stay.
The classroom turned into a meeting room as the debate began and all employees were reminded of important rules to follow whilst arguing their case. These included no shouting, no interrupting others and to raise your hand if you had something to say.
Sacking reasons included:

All employees received a voting slip and made their choice. Many worried, anxious employees looked on as the votes were counted and verified.

Breaking news reached them, from James, about the sea defences built by Debbie, Eloise, Coran, Sam, Kyle and Jacob. 3 weeks ago these members built defences to protect the coast, however their designs had failed and were now no longer protecting the coast.

Sacking reasons included:
- that this was now a big danger to the public.
- that they had wasted a lot of Super Seashores money.
- and that the land would now be eroded.
Not sacking reasons included:
- that they were only 9 & 10 years old and desrved another chance.
- that everyone makes mistakes.
- and that if they were up for the sack this time, who's to say James and Jack won't contact them next week with more employees to sack!

Promotions galore, the latest task and an email from the directors!
They were many children this week that received promotions. A batch of employees gained promotions due to their email writing skills. Those employees have also been emailed back. A further group collected promotions because of their useful poster adverts on beach huts and piers.
The next task which was given to do over the weekend, was to create a new logo and slogan for the company as the directors felt the company needed a little 'face-lift'.
Many employees were also left intrigued by what next weeks 'breaking news' might be...

We need adverts and commercials!
The latest group of Super Seashores employees were given promotions this week. These included Aimee, Caitlin, Aidan, Megan R, Megan G and Sarah and Mollie. Congratulations!
Sam and Debbie's hard work and dedication have been noticed by the directors and both employees have now received a gold membership. Congratulations!!
All employees put together some great designs and ideas for beach facilities. A lot included beach hut hire, lifeguard huts, jet ski hire and ice cream stalls.
The next task was told to all the employees and was met with some concerned faces. The company is in desperate need of advertising.
At present it has no posters, leaflets or television commercials to let the public know what is on offer in these coastal areas. All employees have been given the important task of creating, designing, producing and recording adverts!
